TISS Announces Mirae Asset Scholarships for Education Programmes

Up to 17 students across B.Ed, M.Ed and MA Education programmes to receive financial support for the 2025–26 academic year.

Mumbai: Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has announced scholarships for students enrolled in education programmes for the academic year 2025–26, supported by the Mirae Asset Foundation.

The scholarship initiative will provide financial assistance to up to 17 deserving students studying in programmes offered by the School of Education at TISS. The support is aimed at helping students from economically constrained backgrounds continue their academic journey in the field of education.

Eligible programmes include B.Ed, M.Ed, MA in Education, MA in Education (Elementary) and MA in Education and Technology.

According to the institute, the scholarships will be awarded based on eligibility criteria, financial need and performance in an interview process conducted by the university.

The initiative reflects continued collaboration between TISS and the Mirae Asset Foundation to promote access to higher education and encourage students pursuing careers in teaching, educational research and policy.
