Pune: The Science Education and Communication Centre of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), in collaboration with Granthalay–Pratibhangan, is organising a Science-Based One-Act Play Competition on the occasion of National Science Day 2026.
The event will be inaugurated on 5 February 2026 at 10:30 am by noted filmmaker, theatre director, writer, and actor Nipun Dharmadhikari. The competition forms part of SPPU’s efforts to promote science communication through creative and performative arts.
