Offline classes resuming from 16th February in Fergusson College, Pune

Pune: Fergusson College (Autonomous) Pune, Maharashtra,  has released a notice on 4th February 2022 regarding the lectures of the second term for all classes the under graduate as well as the post graduate will be commenced offline that is on campus mode from 16th February, 2022. The practical session will be commenced by the college from 2nd March, 2022.

             As the students are advised to follow certain guidelines as per the government and as per the Savitribai Phule Pune University circular released on 1st February,2022.

            The colleges in Pune are re-opening one by one as the students are protesting against the offline examination in order to avoid that havoc government is trying to release Covid-19 protocol guidelines in order to re-open the schools and colleges. The students are also lagging behind in the practical sessions in the previous year’s lockdown. As a result students are also co-operating with the constant new updates with the regulations of colleges and universities.

           The campuses are seeing through it that the students and faculty are following the Covid-19 guidelines along with the academics of the students. Exams are conducted in proper maintenance of social distancing among the students. Taking a huge risk of public gathering is a difficult task taken by the schools and colleges. Usage of masks is mandatory while examination. As a solution to it students are requested to get the second dose as soon as possible for no further risk taken by the faculty as well as the students.
