Mumbai: The Commissioner & Competent Authority of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has released the notice for the NEET-UG 2023 Admission Process for various Health Science Courses including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTH, BOTH, BASLP, and B (P&O). The process will be applicable for Government, Government Aided, Corporations, Private Unaided, and Minority Institutions in the state.
In order to be considered for admission to these courses, candidates must complete the Online Registration form with all relevant information and submit the necessary fees. It is essential for all prospective applicants to fill out the Online Registration Form; failure to do so will result in non-consideration for admission.
The Tentative schedule for the Admission Process is as follows:
1. Online Registration and Session Apply (Common for All Courses)
Dates: July 23, 2023, to July 29, 2023
Time: Up to 11.59 pm
2. Payment of Registration Fees through Online Payment Gateway for MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BPTH/ BOTH/ BASLP/ B(P&O)
Dates: July 23, 2023, to July 30, 2023
Time: Up to 05.00 pm
Note: Successful payment of fees is required for the registration process to be considered complete.
3. Uploading of Colored Scanned Copy of Original Requisite Documents on Portal
Dates: July 23, 2023, to July 30, 2023
Time: Up to 11.59 pm
Important: All candidates must upload the necessary original documents in PDF format, with each file size less than 300 KB.
4. Publication of Provisional Merit List of Registered Candidates
Dates: July 31, 2023
Time: After 05.30 pm
5. Publication of Seat Matrix for Group A - MBBS/BDS Only
Date: July 31, 2023
6. Online Filling of Preference Form for Group A - MBBS/BDS Only
Dates: August 01, 2023, to August 03, 2023
Time: Up to 05.30 pm
7. Declaration of CAP Round - 1 Selection List for Group A - MBBS/BDS Only
Date: August 04, 2023
8. Physical Joining and Filling of Status Retention Form with All Original Documents & Requisite Fees by DD/Cheque
Dates: August 05, 2023, to August 09, 2023
Time: Up to 05.30 pm

Candidates are advised against seeking the assistance of agents or cyber cafe personnel for the registration and payment process, as any failure in the process will be the sole responsibility of the candidate. Requests regarding such applications after the registration deadline will not be entertained.
The schedule for subsequent CAP Rounds of other Health Science Courses (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTH, BOTH, BASLP, and B (P&O)) will be announced in due course.
Instructions for Online Registration Form Filling Process:
1. After completing the Online Registration Form, candidates must press the "SUBMIT" button for provisional acceptance in the process.
2. Successful payment of fees is required to be considered a registered candidate for the process.
3. Candidates should fill out only one Online Registration Form, as editing will not be allowed once submitted.
4. The Online Registration process will close on July 29, 2023, at 11.59 pm (Server time).
5. Early completion of the Online Registration/Application Form is strongly advised.
6. Candidates must upload coloured scanned copies of original documents in PDF format (each file must be less than 300 KB).
7. Photocopies of documents should not be uploaded. Original documents must be presented during the document verification process.
