Mumbai : The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has officially announced the Class 12 (HSC) Result 2026, bringing a sense of relief to more than 18 lakh students across the state.
The results were declared during a press conference held at 11 AM in Pune, with detailed insights on pass percentage, stream-wise performance, and district-level statistics. Students can access their provisional marksheets online from 1 PM onwards.

The Maharashtra HSC examinations for 2026 were conducted between February 10 and March 11, 2026, across multiple centres in the state.

How to Download Marksheet via DigiLocker
- Visit DigiLocker website or open the app
- Log in using your Aadhaar-linked mobile number
- Go to the Education section
- Select Maharashtra HSC Result 2026
- Download your marksheet from issued documents
Passing Criteria & Grading System
To pass the examination, students must score at least 35% marks.
Grading System:
- 75% and above: Distinction
- 60% – 74%: First Division
- 35% and above: Pass
Last year (2025), the overall pass percentage stood at 91.88%, with girls outperforming boys.
Revaluation & Verification Details
Students who are not satisfied with their results can apply for:

- Photocopy of answer sheets
