Mumbai: The Department of Chemical Engineering at the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, has announced its Undergraduate Summer Internship Programme 2026, offering selected students an opportunity to engage in hands-on research under faculty supervision.
According to the official notification, the department will support 15 undergraduate students from Chemical Engineering programmes who have completed their third year. The six-week internship will typically run from mid-May to the end of June.
Eligible students must submit their applications through the prescribed Google Form on or before March 31, 2026. The application requires personal details, academic records (including SSC, HSC, and all semester marks), a No Objection Certificate from the Head of Department, a statement of purpose (under 500 words), and an official undertaking in the ICT format.
The final list of selected candidates will be published on the institute’s website on or before April 15, 2026.
The institute has clarified that master’s students are not eligible to apply. Additionally, hostel accommodation will not be provided, and students must arrange their own stay and bear all associated expenses during the internship period.
