The salary structure for these roles is aligned with the guidelines of the Indian Banks' Association. The basic pay varies by scale, starting from ₹36,000 for Scale I and extending up to ₹89,890 for Scale IV. Beyond the basic pay, successful candidates will be entitled to various allowances, including Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and other benefits like medical reimbursement and the National Pension System. The selection process will comprise two primary stages: an online examination followed by a personal interview. The examination, which is tentatively scheduled for April 2026, will consist of 200 questions covering Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge, carrying a total of 200 marks. The final merit list will be calculated based on an 80:20 weightage between the online exam and the personal interview. Application fees are set at ₹850 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, PwBD, and female applicants are required to pay a fee of ₹175.
