The Telangana delegation, led by Central University of Karnataka, received a warm welcome from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati upon its arrival in Guwahati on 4 October 2026. The Telangana delegation began its day in Assam on 5 October 2026 with a refreshing yoga session. The session offered the young delegates with an opportunity to begin their day with wellness, mindfulness and positive energy while experiencing an important aspect of India’s traditional knowledge and cultural heritage.

The delegation interacted with the Governor of Assam, Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya, on 5 October 2026. The interaction offered the young delegates an opportunity to gain insights into Assam’s rich heritage, traditions and cultural significance.
