Young artists captivated the audience with their talent

:- The audience was thrilled in the first phase of Bal Rang Mahotsav

 

New Delhi: In the first phase of Bal Rang Mahotsav organized by IG National Center for Arts, Union Ministry of Culture, and Udaan-The Center of Theater Art and Child Development, three children's plays 'Jai Hind', 'Magical Pencil' and 'Unique Cat' were staged. The young actors captivated the audience with their excellent performances in the plays.

In the first phase of Bal Rang Mahotsav, Theatre Camp was organized by Udaan- The Center of Theatre Art and Child Development at Kamal Model Senior Secondary School, Modern Garden. Three plays ‘Jai Hind’, ‘Magical Pencil’, and ‘Unique Cat’ were staged in the Mahatma Gandhi Auditorium of the school.  All these plays were staged under the guidance of Udaan Director, Sanjay Tuteja.

Avneesh Bansal, Provincial Executive Member of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Co-Ordinator of Bhartiya Sahitya Parishad Vinod Bansal's Amrit Mahotsav IGNCA, Achal Pandya, Vandana Education Group President Ved Tandon, School Principal Smt. Vandana Tandon and Administrator Pushpa Jindal were present as the distinguished guest on this occasion.

In the play 'Jai Hind' directed by Prabhat Sengar, young artists presented the freedom struggle through their performances, while in the play 'Magical Pencil' directed by Himanshu Das and Nuparth Chaudhary, the children's dreams and visions were depicted in their own charming way. All the actors of the play 'Anokhi Billi' directed by Gorang Goel were under the age of 6 and enthralled the audience with their live performances in the drama of about 40 minutes.

The best actor award for the play ‘Jai Hind’ went to Akash and the best student award went to Himanshi, while the best performance in the play ‘Magical Pencil’ went to Divyanshi and the best student award went to Aradhya Rai. Aarav got the best performance in the play ‘Anokhi Billi’ and the best student award went to Riyansh. Apart from this, special awards were given to Himanshu, Karthik and Siddharth.
