Workshop organized at Central University of Haryana

Additionally, Ms. PadamKanwar conducted the mock session and said workplace culture is a set of standards that an individual is expected to adhere to in a workplace.

Haryana :- The workshop on “Career Prospects in Pharmaceutical Industry and Preparing the Young Mind with Workplace Culture" was organized by the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of the University emphasized on the importance of knowledge of career opportunities and professionalism readiness among the students for future recruitment. He appreciated the initiative taken by the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences to conduct such a program specifically for students and faculty members working in academia or corporate.

Dr. Manisha, organizing secretary of the event informed that Mr. Sunil Malkani, Founder & CEO of Fulspire Ex General Manager at Sun Pharmaceutical Ex Sales Training Manager at Novartis, Mumbai, and Ms. PadamKanwar, Ex-HR of Creditsafe Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad are the expert in this workshop. Mr. Sunil Malkani said that the pharmaceutical industry has various sectors for future careers and the requirements for respective sections of the industry. Additionally, Ms. PadamKanwar conducted the mock session and said workplace culture is a set of standards that an individual is expected to adhere to in a workplace.

Before this Prof. NeelamSangwan, Chairperson, Dean SIAS, and Dean Research delivered the welcome address and briefed about the program. Dr. Dinesh Kumar, Head of the Department and Convener of the event informed us that the selection of the correct career path is a crucial step for future growth.Dr. Manisha Pandey, organizing secretary of the event said that this workshop is arranged only for 25 students. However, other students from different departments of CUH and outside CUH joined the session to gain knowledge about Professionalism &ethics. Dr. Tarun Kumar was supported as the organizing secretary.
