New Delhi: A walk-in interview will be held on August 12, 2024, at 3:30 pm in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Jadavpur University, for the recruitment of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the WBDST sponsored research project titled "Development of an integrated portable Syngas/Hydrogen micro-combustor-thermoelectric power generator".

Eligibility Criteria

- Essential: BE/B Tech in Mechanical/Power/Chemical/Nuclear/Automobile Engineering with minimum 25% marks or ME/M Tech in Mechanical/Power/Chemical/Nuclear/Automobile Engineering with minimum 60% marks

- Desirable: Basic knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and experimental methods

Fellowship Details

- Rs 25,000 per month (consolidated)

- Duration: Initially for two years, subject to extension up to the tenure of the project, after assessment of progress
