Haryana :- Vigilance Awareness Week is being organized at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh from 30 October to 05 November, 2023. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor of the University Prof.Tankeshwar Kumar along with the students, researchers, teachers, officers and non-teaching staff of the University took the Integrity Pledge. In this event held in the mini auditorium of the University, the University community took an oath not only to keep themselves away from corruption but also to raise their voice against the corruption happening around them. The Vice-Chancellor of the University Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that India will be best only when we work together for nation building. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor remembered SardarVallabhbhai Patel, the symbol of India's unity, and said that only by following the path shown by him, the dream of a developed India, a great India and a prosperous India will be realized.
On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor inspired all the participants to discharge their responsibilities responsibly and said that if anyone is careless in this matter then it is also a kind of corruption. He inspired the students to contribute in nation building by teaching them to fulfill their duties with responsibility. Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University, who also participated in the event, Prof. Sushma Yadav administered the oath of integrity to all the participants. The awareness rally organized on this occasion was flagged off by Prof. Sushma Yadav. On this occasion, the Registrar of the University, Prof. Sunil Kumar was also present. Addressing this program organized by the Office of the Chief Vigilance Officer of the University, Chief Vigilance Officer Prof. A.K. Yadav said that this time the prescribed theme of Vigilance Awareness Week organized by the Central Vigilance Commission is 'Say No to Corruption, Commit to the Nation. He said that under the guidance of the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, various types of programs are being organized under the University Vigilance Awareness Week, through which public awareness will be spread. Under this event, a public awareness rally was taken out in the University campus on Tuesday from Academic Blocks 1, 3, 4 till Innovation Center and WiFi Park, in which a large number of teachers, students, researchers and non-teaching staff participated. Prof. Yadav told that during this week a special camp is being organized for awareness in which the University will create awareness among the school students. Deans, HoDs, in-charges, officers, employees, students and researchers of various schools of the University were present on this occasion.
