Midnapore, West Bengal:  Vidyasagar University has issued a corrigendum for the Employment Notification bearing No. VU/R/Advt./01/2024 dated 09.08.2024, revising the Minimum Eligibility Criteria for the post of Publication Officer (purely on contract basis).

Revised Eligibility Criteria

The revised Minimum Eligibility Criteria for the post of Publication Officer are:

- Uniformly good academic record with a Master's Degree with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade

- At least 5 years' experience in editing and organising publication work through press

- Age not below 30 years (relaxable for exceptionally qualified candidates)

Desirable Qualifications

- A degree or diploma in journalism

- 15 years' experience in editing and publication work in a publishing concern of high repute (may waive Master's Degree requirement)
