Midnapore: Vidyasagar University is going to organize Exhibition from 19^th to 21^st April.

Vidyasagar University is going to organize the Exhibition cum Trading of Folk Crafts for the Celebration of 75 years of Independence. The exhibition includes the display of different types of Handmade Jewelries including differently designed handmade floor mats and other folk crafts by architects.

The Exhibition will be for Three days from 19^th to 21^st April, 2022 at the Vidyasagar University Campus. The interested artists can apply by 4^th April, 2022 for taking part in the programme.

The artists those are willing to take part in the Exhibitoion can apply through the email id of Vidyasagar University director.casm@mail.vidyasagar.ac.in or can submit their offline application to the Director of vidyasagar University,CASM, VU, VUcampus, Vidyasagar University, Midnapore-721102.

The application form to be submitted at the Vidyasagar University must contain following details:

• Name with Self-Attested Photo on the Left Top corner of the page
• Age , Years and Sex
• Folk Art Category
• Date(s) of Programme
• Adress
• Contact Number
• Artisan Card Number
• Identity Proof (Voter Card/Aadhaar Card No.)
• COVID-19 Vaccination Dates
• Food Preference- Vegetarian/Non-Vegetarian

The applicant must give their declarance of abiding by the relevant rules and regulations of Vidyasagar University in this regard with signature of the applicant in the left hand side last corner of the page.

The applicants should attach their documents of self-attested photocopy of Voter Card /Aadhaar Card, Self-attested photocopy of Artisan card issued by Government, Self attested photocopy of Vaccination Certificate and One passport size photo for the verification.
