UGC NET December 2025 Exam Schedule Released by NTA

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the examination schedule for the UGC NET December 2025 session. Candidates who have registered for the examination can now check the subject-wise exam dates, shift timings, and other important instructions on the official website.

According to the notification, the UGC NET December 2025 examination will be conducted from 31 December 2025 to 7 January 2026 in multiple shifts across various exam centres in the country. The exam will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.

The UGC NET examination is conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Indian universities and colleges. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official NTA website for updates regarding admit cards and exam-day instructions.

Applicants must ensure they carry their admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to the examination centre. Any violation of exam guidelines may lead to disqualification.
