Lucknow - The UGC–Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (UGC-MMTTC), University of Lucknow, in collaboration with SWAYAM@Lkouniv, is set to organise an Online UGC Sponsored Programme on “Motivational Skills with reference to MOOCs & OERs” from 09 March to 14 March 2026.
The programme will be conducted daily from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM and aims to enhance motivational competencies among educators while promoting effective use of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and Open Educational Resources (OERs) in teaching and learning.
The programme is being organised under the patronage of J. P. Saini, Vice Chancellor, University of Lucknow. Kamal Kumar, Director, UGC-MMTTC, University of Lucknow, will guide the academic direction of the programme, while Kiran Lata Dangwal, SWAYAM Coordinator, University of Lucknow, will coordinate the SWAYAM-related academic activities.
The initiative is designed to support professional development of teachers and academic staff by strengthening motivation, digital pedagogy, and effective integration in turn off online learning plattforms.
