Bengaluru, September 24, 2026: Students of Trio World School have delivered a stellar series of performances at the national sports circuit, securing gold medals, record-breaking milestones, and selections for premier all-India tournaments across swimming, shooting, chess, and taekwondo. Ira Umashanker of Class 7C clinched the Gold Medal in the 200m Breaststroke at the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) National Sports & Games. Clocking an impressive 3:01.78, Ira set a new CISCE National Record and secured qualification for the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) National Championship.
In shooting, Class 9 student Taksh Bharath Gowda demonstrated remarkable precision to secure a Gold Medal at the National Shooting Championship, also earning qualification for the upcoming SGFI Tournament. The school’s presence on the national stage extends further into mind and martial sports.
- Aahan Satapathy (Class 10) has been selected to represent the region at the National Chess Championship, scheduled to take place in Kanpur from October 8 to October 12, 2026.
- Mariam Nimrah (Class 8) has earned selection to compete at the Taekwondo Nationals in Amritsar, Punjab, from October 2 to October 4, 2026.
