Tamil Nadu:  The Tamil Nadu School Education Department has announced the establishment of robotics laboratories in select government schools, targeting students in Classes VI to IX.

This initiative is designed to provide practical, hands-on learning experiences in robotics and technology. The labs will allow students to work with modern robotics kits, program small projects, and develop critical problem-solving and STEM skills.

Alongside the labs, the syllabus has been updated to include more practical activities, workshops, and demonstrations. Teachers will receive training to guide students effectively in these new labs. The project aims to inspire innovation among students and prepare them for future technology-driven careers.
