New Delhi - The Sports Authority of India (SAI) has released a notification inviting shortlisted candidates from SSC Junior Engineer Examination 2023 to apply for Junior Engineer (Civil) posts. The recruitment is for three regular vacancies under Pay Matrix Level-6.

The Sports Authority of India (SAI) has issued a recruitment notification for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) on a regular basis. The vacancies are being filled from candidates shortlisted through the SSC Junior Engineer Examination 2023 under the “Public Disclosure of Scores” list.
According to the notification dated February 9, 2026, a total of three (03) posts are available — 01 Unreserved (UR), 01 OBC, and 01 SC — under the Pay Matrix Level-6 (7th CPC). Applications are being invited in a 1:5 ratio strictly based on merit as per SSC JE 2023 score rankings. The recruitment pertains to the Recruitment Cycle 2025.
The online application process began on February 11, 2026 (10:00 AM) and will close on February 26, 2026 (05:00 PM). Eligible candidates must submit their application forms along with all supporting documents through the official SAI e-portal. Candidates whose registered email IDs are no longer functional have been advised to update their details by contacting recruitment.cell.sai@gov.in and itdivisionhq-sai@gov.in.
SAI has clarified that the invitation to apply does not guarantee final selection, and appointment offers will be issued only against the notified vacancies.
