Mahendergarh : Three students of Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh have got employment opportunities in reputed multinational pharmaceutical companies. MehakVerma, NiteshPharwa and Deepak Kumar pursuing M.Pharm, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University, have been shortlisted on the basis of Aptitude and Technical Tests. Besides, congratulating the selected students and appreciating the teachers of the department, the Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that there are immense employment opportunities available in the field of Pharmacovigilance, Drug Regulatory Affairs, Medical Underwriting etc.

Prof. (Dr.) NeelamSangwan, Dean, School of Interdisciplinary & Applied Sciences, acknowledged the achievement of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and said that Pharmacy plays a key role in the healthcare system via manufacturing and regulating the safety of medicines and vaccines. She said that pharmaceuticals is the fastest growing industry with immense opportunities for jobs.Dr. Dinesh Kumar, HoD, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences informed that Ms. MehakVerma, Mr. NiteshPharwa, and Mr. Deepak Kumar have secured positions in ESS Life Sciences India Private Limited, Gurugram, Reachlaw India Private Limited Delhi, Pramerica Life Insurance Ltd Gurugram, respectively. Additionally, Mr. Anjuman Nanda got selected in Ph.D. program at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Raibareille a premier Pharmacy educational and research institute of India.Appreciating the efforts of the teachers of the department Dr.Sumit Kumar, Dr.Tarun Kumar, Dr. Ashok Jangra, and Dr. Manisha Pandey, he said that our department is unceasingly doing efforts for 100% placement of outgoing M.Pharm students.
