The inauguration of academic program of DACE will be held on October 1, 2022

-Free coaching will be given to the Scheduled Caste students for UPSC exam preparation.

 

Mahendergarh.: The center is aimed to help Scheduled Caste students for the preparation of competitive examination of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The inauguration of Dr. Ambedkar Center of Excellence (DACE), which is established by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh, will be done by Smt. Sunita Duggal, Hon'ble Member of Parliament (MP) Sirsa, On October 1st, 2022. Eminent guest Dr Garima Mittal (IAS), CEO, Smart City Faridabad, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Faridabad and Guest of Honor Ms. Ira Singhal (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Revenue Department, New Delhi will preside the occasion with their gracious presence. The Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar will preside on this occasion. 

The Vice-Chancellor said that this is the only center established in the state of Haryana and its objective is to provide opportunities to the scheduled caste youth having administrative abilities to contribute in the development of the country. Through this center, these youths will be prepared for the Union Public Service Commission examination to be conducted for administrative services. Dr. Antresh Kumar, Coordinator of DACE, CUH informed that the admission process on the basis of the entrance test has been completed on the prescribed seats under this center. Now classes are going to start in this center. Dr. Antresh Kumar informed that 33 percent of seats in the center have been reserved for women candidates. In this center, apart from the faculty of the University, outside professionals will also be providing coaching. The inaugural function will be held at the Mini Auditorium located in Academic Block-1 of the University and will be attended by the Registrar of the University Prof. Sunil Kumar, CUH fraternity along with the students.
