The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) have officially declared the result for Secondary and Higher Secondary 'Bachar Bachao' (Save Year) examinations 2026 today on July 30, 2026. As per the official timing given by board officials, the result link was activated right at 12 PM afternoon. Thousands of students who appeared for these special exams was waiting for their marks eagerly since last few weeks.
This special examination give a second chance to those students who could not pass in their regular board exams held earlier this year. Now the long wait of all those candidate have finally come to an end today. Students can now directly visit the official website to view their subject wise marks and qualification status without any delay.
Easy Steps to Check Result Online on Website :
Students who wants to check their TBSE Bachar Bachao result 2026 online can do it very easily by following simple steps on the official portal.

- candidates needs to open the link of the official portal (provided above) in their phone or computer browser.
- After opening the homepage, a direct link for Secondary and Higher Secondary result are clearly displayed on the front screen.
- When you click on that link, a new window open up where student have to enter their official roll number and registration details.
- After typing these correct details, press the submit button.
- Your complete mark statement will show on the screen immediately.
All candidates is advised to download their online mark slip and keep a print copy safe for temporary use until original certificates comes.
Marksheets Distribution Process for School Principals :
Along with releasing the online result, the Tripura Board have also released clear instructions regarding original marksheets and passing certificates. According to the board notification, institution heads and school principals does not get physical documents today itself.
All school authorities and headmasters have been instructed to personally collect official mark sheets and hard copy certificates from the main TBSE office starting tomorrow, which is July 31. Students cannot get original marksheets directly from board office, so they has to collect them from their respective schools only. Principals will collect the total document bundle from board headquarters and then distribute it to students in their school campus from Friday onwards.
Why Bachar Bachao Scheme Matters for Tripura Students :
The 'Bachar Bachao' scheme is a very important initiative launched by Tripura government for school students. Many times students gets failed in one or two subjects due to bad health or personal reasons during main board exams. In old system, such students was losing their full academic year and had to sit home for whole twelve months.
But under Bachar Bachao policy, students gets immediate option to appear in special exam within same session. Because this result have come out today on July 30, all successful students can now take admission in higher classes or colleges without wasting their precious year. This scheme have given big relief to many parents and poor family across the whole state.
What Candidates Should Do After Checking Result :
Now that the results is declared, students who passed should start preparing for their next admission steps without wasting time. Class 10 passed students can now choose their stream like Science, Arts or Commerce in Class 11. On the other hand, Class 12 passed students should start filling admission forms for undergraduate degree courses in various colleges and universities.
If any student face any spelling error or mistake in their online mark statement, they should inform their school authority immediately so correction process can start early.
