Who can Apply for the Tata Capital Pankh Scholarship?
Students from India in Classes 11 or 12, as well as Students of any recognised higher education institute at the Undergraduate, Diploma and ITI levels, are eligible to apply. Students must have obtained a minimum of 60% in the preceding year or class, or semester.
The financial criteria are important too. The parental income of applicants should not be more than ₹4 lakh. Children of Tata Capital employees and Buddy4study employees are not eligible. Preference is given to Girl students, Persons with Disabilities (PwD), students from single-parent families and orphan students as well as students from the SC/ST communities.
What Will Scholarship Amount Be?
Scholarship amounts vary according to course level and a student’s marks. A student scoring 60% to 80% in classes 11 and 12 is entitled to a scholarship amount of ₹10,000 while a student scoring above 80% to 90% is entitled to a scholarship amount of ₹12,000, and finally, a student scoring above 90% is entitled to a scholarship amount of ₹15,000.
For general graduation, diploma and ITI courses, the corresponding amounts are ₹12,000, ₹15,000 and ₹18,000, respectively. The awarded scholarship will be calculated as a percentage of tuition/course fees or the scholarship ceiling, whichever is lower.

Students selected for further stages may receive updates through their registered email address, mobile number or the Buddy4Study portal.
How to Apply Online?
Eligible students can apply through the Buddy4Study Platform. The online application form will require the applicant to first register/ sign in, go to the Tata Capital Pankh Scholarship application, enter application details, upload the necessary online file attachments, review the form, and finally submit. There is no fee for applying for this scholarship.
