The Tata Capital Pankh Scholarship Programme 2026-27 focuses on academically brilliant students to support them financially so they can continue with their studies. This scholarship is suitable for students of Classes 11 and 12 and students of any recognised higher education institute, at the undergraduate, Diploma and ITI level, across India.

The programme is an initiative of Tata Capital Limited, under its Corporate Social Responsibility, and is based on merit and means. For the 2026-27 academic year, students who meet the requirements will be provided financial aid of up to ₹18,000, depending on their level and academic performance.

Who can Apply for the Tata Capital Pankh Scholarship?

Students from India in Classes 11 or 12, as well as Students of any recognised higher education institute at the Undergraduate, Diploma and ITI levels, are eligible to apply. Students must have obtained a minimum of 60% in the preceding year or class, or semester.

The financial criteria are important too. The parental income of applicants should not be more than ₹4 lakh. Children of Tata Capital employees and Buddy4study employees are not eligible. Preference is given to Girl students, Persons with Disabilities (PwD), students from single-parent families and orphan students as well as students from the SC/ST communities.

What Will Scholarship Amount Be?

Scholarship amounts vary according to course level and a student’s marks. A student scoring 60% to 80% in classes 11 and 12 is entitled to a scholarship amount of ₹10,000 while a student scoring above 80% to 90% is entitled to a scholarship amount of ₹12,000, and finally, a student scoring above 90% is entitled to a scholarship amount of ₹15,000.

For general graduation, diploma and ITI courses, the corresponding amounts are ₹12,000, ₹15,000 and ₹18,000, respectively. The awarded scholarship will be calculated as a percentage of tuition/course fees or the scholarship ceiling, whichever is lower.

Tata Capital Pankh Scholarship Selection Procedure

Selection also includes factors other than marks. Assessment for academic and financial criteria is done for applications. After assessment, document verification is done and then a telephonic interview is conducted. Tata Capital Limited does the final selection. Students selected for further stages may receive updates through their registered email address, mobile number or the Buddy4Study portal.

How to Apply Online?

Eligible students can apply through the Buddy4Study Platform. The online application form will require the applicant to first register/ sign in, go to the Tata Capital Pankh Scholarship application, enter application details, upload the necessary online file attachments, review the form, and finally submit. There is no fee for applying for this scholarship.

Tata Capital Pankh Scholarship 2026-27 Last Date

The last date to submit the application is October 26, 2026. Students who meet the academic and income requirements should complete the process before the deadline rather than leaving document verification and submission to the final day.
