Chiplun, 23rd December 2024 : Target Publications Pvt. Ltd. successfully organized the second edition of its Sampark Initiative, bringing together over 50 school principals and senior educationists from Chiplun and Ratnagiri. The event centered on meaningful discussions about the future of education and a detailed exploration of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, led by Dr. Hema Bhadawkar, Associate Professor at KJ Somaiya School of Education and NEP Coordinator for Somaiya Vidyavihar University.

Dr. Bhadawkar’s session provided an in-depth overview of NEP 2020, covering key aspects such as Early Childhood Care and Education, Foundational Literacy and Numeracy, Strategies to Reduce Dropout Rates, Holistic Curriculum Design, Inclusive and Equitable Education, and Efficient Resource Management. Her insights offered practical applications of the policy, leaving participants with a clearer understanding of its transformative potential.

Reflecting on the event, Dr. Bhadawkar shared her thoughts: “The active participation and response from the principals were truly encouraging. It was a privilege to contribute to Target Publications’ Sampark initiative, and I look forward to future collaborations.”
