Pune : Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has opened admissions for its January–February 2026 academic session. The university is accepting applications for online and open-and-distance learning programmes, according to its Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE).

The admissions are open for MBA and MCA programmes offered under Online Learning (OL) and Open and Distance Learning (ODL) modes. The programmes follow a semester-based system and are available for first-year and first-semester admissions.

As per details on the official CDOE admissions portal, candidates are required to complete CET registration and form submission as part of the admission process. The last date for CET registration is January 27, 2026. This applies to MBA (OL), MCA (OL), and MBA (ODL) programmes.

The university has published programme-specific CET notices and admission prospectuses on the same portal. It outlines eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and examination patterns.

The CDOE website also carries official notices on the equivalence of degrees obtained through open and distance learning modes. It also provides circulars allowing the students to pursue two degree programmes simultaneously, in line with existing regulations.

Candidates have been advised to refer to the official SPPU CDOE website for verified and updated admission information.
