Sikkim Institute of Science and Technology, Chisopani have released a new recruitment notification regarding Junior Research Fellow post. The institute is looking for eligible candidate to join an AICTE funded research project in Department of Chemistry. The official notification came out on 17 July 2026, and candidates can submit form till 31 July 2026. This post bring good news for science and engineering students who want research exposure in North East area.
The selected researcher will work on advanced nanomaterials and biosynthesized zinc oxide project for environmental application. Working under experienced faculty members in Chisopani campus will give good practical knowledge to selected candidate. Monthly Fellowship Amount and Job Tenure :
Regarding payment package, selected candidate will receive fixed monthly stipend of 34,000 rupees as per project fund rules. This Junior Research Fellow job is purely temporary and contract based. Candidate will be hired for the project duration only, and it will not lead to permanent government job. Essential Qualification and Criteria Rules :
