Gurugram - Gurugram University has released the tentative list for shortlisted candidates for admission to PhD programme in Environmental Studies for the 2025-26 academic session. The shortlist has been issued by the Department of Biosciences and includes candidates provisionally selected for the next stage of academic process. 

According to the official notice, PhD admissions will be carried out on the basis of the valid National-Level Test scores such as NET (Category 1,2 or 3), GATE, GPAT, CSIR, DST, ICMR, ICCR, ICAR or any other equivalent examination,  as per the university norms. The university has clearly stated that "More inclusion in the shortlist does not gurantee final admission".

Shortlisted candidates are required to appear for the interview and verification of documents on January 12, 2026 at 10:30 AM . The interview will be held in Room No. 202, Block II, Department of Biosciences, Gurugram University,  Sector-51, Gurugram 

Candidates must carry all original documents including : 

Matriculation Documents 

Class 12 Documents 

Graduation and Post Graduation Marksheet and Certificates

Valid NET or equivalent scorecards

Application form
