Seven day NSS camp concluded in CUH

The Vice Chancellor said that the role of NSS and such programs organized by it, is important in the education system based on life values. Certainly, the students must have learned a lot experimentally from this event also.

Haryana :- The seven-day National Service Scheme (NSS) camp at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh concluded on Wednesday.Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor of the University described the role of volunteers important in nation building. He said that the benefit of the knowledge acquired through this camp will definitely reach the society. The Vice Chancellor said that the role of NSS and such programs organized by it, is important in the education system based on life values. Certainly, the students must have learned a lot experimentally from this event also.

Dr. Pradeep Kumar, coordinator of the NSS unit of the University, said that various activities were organized under the seven-day camp in the University. In this, lecture sessions, awareness rally, cleanliness campaign, Yoga, Meditation, Cultural, Literary events and first aid training were prominent. The volunteers participating in the event were educated, trained and encouraged by experts. Prof. Anand Sharma, DSW; NSS officers Dr. Neelam; Dr. MukeshUpadhyay and Dr. YudhveerZaildar along with teachers, students and researchers from various departments were present in the program.
