Punjab - Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology (SLIET), Punjab, a deemed-to-be university, established by the Government of India and a located at Longowal, District, Sangur Punjab has issued an official notification announcing the extension of important dates for admission to Ph.D programmes for the Academic session 2025-26 (even semester).

As per Notification No. SLIET/Dean (R&C)/2026/0063 dated 16 January 2026, the revised schedule for PhD admissions is as follows:

Extended Important Dates

Last date for submission of application form (with all relevant documents in PDF format via email): 10 February 2026

Date of Written Test (from 10:00 AM onwards) and declaration of result: 12 February 2026

Date of Interview/Presentation (from 3:00 PM onwards) for valid GATE/NET candidates and those qualifying the written test: 12 February 2026

Date of Counselling (original document verification and fee submission): 13 February 2026

The written test will be conducted on 12 February 2026 from 10:00 AM onwards at the Committee Room, Office of the Dean (R&C), 1st Floor, Library Block, SLIET, Longowal.
