How to check the RRB Group D Answer Key 2026?

Candidates are advised not to follow any third party links circulating on social media. The RRB Chandigarh, in its recruitment notices page, advises candidates to check the recruitment information on official RRB websites.

  • Step 1: Go to the concerned regional RRB website.
  • Step 2: Click on CEN 09/2025 Group D/Level-1 Answer Key.
  • Step 3: Log in with the registration details.
  • Step 4: Open the question paper, recorded responses and provisional answer key.
  • Step 5: Find the answers and calculate the approximate CBT score.
  • Step 6: Select the question or answer option to challenge.
  • Step 7: Upload the supporting evidence and challenge the answer.

Candidates should download or save their response details for their own records.

RRB Group D Answer Key Objection Fee

For each objection, the RRB charges a non-refundable fee of ₹50.00 (plus the bank service charge) for each objection. If the objection is found to be valid, the bank service charge will be the only deduction. The refund is made to the account used for payment.

This introduces a cost for, and therefore, a real penalty for, improper answers. Candidates now have an obligation to check whether answers are correct before challenging them.

What Happens After the Answer Key?

The answer key is a way for candidates to report erroneous answers. The RRB will consider and respond to the objections in a time bound manner. The objection period will have no bearing on the subsequent stages of the process outlined by the Railway Recruitment Boards.

Candidates should not view their estimated score as their final score. The answer key can be used to gauge an estimation of score, but the final score will be based on the official evaluation and recruitment procedures.

Don't Confuse CEN 09/2025 With the Earlier Group D Recruitment

When candidates search for RRB Group D Answer Key 2026, they need to understand that CEN 08/2024 Group D Recruitment was an earlier Level 1 recruitment cycle. The Answer Key for the CBT was held in February 2026. CEN 09/2025 is the current recruitment cycle for Group D, and the answer key for the same was released on 7th September 2026

Candidates must check their answers to CEN before they download or discuss the answer key.

Final Thoughts

Candidates can switch from speculations to evaluation of their performance and the answer key released for Group D 2026 is a great opportunity to do so. The focus must be on checking the responses, estimating the score and raising objections until September 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

The answer key released in the provisional format must be kept in perspective. For Group D aspirants, it signals the start of the next phase of Railway recruitment.
