Aligarh: The Training and Placement Office (General), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), has issued a notification regarding a campus placement drive by RNF Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for the position of Management Trainee. The opportunity is open to students belonging to the 2026 batch and offers exposure to the IT and SaaS industry with a focus on international markets.
According to the official notice, the role involves lead generation and outreach for IT services and SaaS products, where selected candidates will be required to engage with potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate closely with internal sales teams. Candidates will also be expected to identify prospective clients, particularly in the U.S. market, and manage communication through calls, emails, and professional platforms like LinkedIn while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.
The eligibility criteria include candidates pursuing MBA in Sales, Marketing, or International Business, as well as B.Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, strictly from the 2026 batch. Applicants are expected to have strong communication skills in English, confidence in dealing with international clients, and a keen interest in sales, technology, and SaaS products, along with an analytical and self-driven approach.
The job location for the selected candidates will be Noida, with working hours aligned to the U.S. shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. The company will also provide a cab facility for employees. In terms of compensation, the offered package is up to ₹7 LPA, along with an apprenticeship stipend of ₹25,000 per month for the initial six months.
