- MNRE and NSEFI to organise national quiz on renewable energy, climate action and sustainability under BRESE 2026
New Delhi. : The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, in association with the National Solar Energy Federation of India (NSEFI) as Knowledge Partner, is organising “RE:Think – Think Beyond Energy (ऊर्जामंथन)”, a National Renewable Energy Quiz for young students. The initiative is being organised as part of the national outreach programme associated with the Bharat Renewable Energy Summit & Expo (BRESE) 2026.
The quiz aims to engage students with renewable energy, climate action, sustainability and India's clean-energy transition. The College Student category is open to students aged 17 to 25 years, with two students participating as one team.
What is RE:Think – Think Beyond Energy?
RE:Think has been designed as a pan-India initiative to increase awareness and encourage informed engagement among young people on developments in the renewable energy sector.
The quiz will cover themes connected with India's clean-energy transition, including renewable energy technologies, government initiatives, climate and sustainability.
The competition will be conducted in English and Hindi.
RE:Think Quiz 2026: Eligibility
The College Student category has the following eligibility requirements:
