The Department of School Education and Literacy (DoSEL), Ministry of Education, has opened registration for Rashtriya Kavya Utsav 2026 for students in Classes 9 to 12 across India. The competition will be hosted on the Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya (ReP). This initiative, in part, seeks to promote participants’ reading skills, creativity, and expression through poetry. This, too, promotes the National Digital Library.
