Haryana: Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh, released the bi-annual magazine 'Learning Curve @ CUH DLIS' launched by the Department of Library and Information Science. The aim to start this magazine is to present the progress of the department to the academic world. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar congratulated faculty member and students of the department for this initiative.

Prof. Dinesh Kumar Gupta, HoD, Department of Library and Information Science told that in the first issue of this magazine interviews of library and information science personalities like, Professor Kinshuk, Dean of the University of North Texas, School of Information Studies, Shri B.P. Prakash, Ashoka University's Director of Library Services, and Professor Anna Maria Tamaro of the University of Parma, Italy have been published. All the interviews have been taken by the students of the Department.

Prof. Gupta said that through this effort, students, research scholars and teachers would get updated information about the changes happening at the international level in the field of library and information, areas related to education and research. Amritsar Prof. M.P. Satija, Retired Emeritus Professor from GNDU; Professor Sunita Srivastava; Professor Sunil Kumar, Registrar; Professor Dinesh Kumar, Dean Academics; Professor Ranjan Aneja, Shri Ram Pandey, Associate Professor; Amit Kumar, Assistant Professor and students were present on the occasion of the release of the magazine.
