There has been a strengthening of education ties between India and Iran with more bilateral talks taking place between Union Minister of Education, Shri Pralhad Joshi, and Iran’s Acting Minister of Science, Research and Technology, H.E. Prof. Masood Shamsbakhsh, and the Deputy Minister for Technology and Innovation, H.E. Prof. Mohammad Nabi Shahiki Tash, during the 13th BRICS Education Ministers’ Meeting taking place in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The BRICS framework, created by Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, is for cooperation and collaboration.
