Kolkata - JIS University, Kolkata, has announced its 6th Annual Convocation, scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM onwards at the Science City Auditorium.

The prestigious ceremony will celebrate the academic achievements of graduating students across various disciplines. The event will be graced by Shiv Kumar Sarin, Chancellor and Director of the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, New Delhi, who will attend as the Chief Guest.

The Guest of Honour for the occasion will be Pinaki Chandra Ghose, former Lokpal of India and former Judge of the Supreme Court of India.

The convocation will witness the presence of members of the Governing Board, faculty, staff, students, and distinguished invitees. Degrees will be conferred upon successful graduates, marking a significant milestone in their academic journey.
