Jakkur  - Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bangalore an autonomous institute under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India , has announced a vacancy for the position of Technical Assistant Trainee  at its Instrumentation and Characterization of Materials (ICMS) unit.

The post requires candidate to hold an M.Sc degree in Chemistry or Physics or equivalent, along with atleast two years of experience in operating X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) or similar high end analytical instruments. 

A total of one position is available for this role. Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 28,000 plus a minimum of 30% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
