
- Winners to Present Ideas before Prime Minister Narendra Modi
New Delhi, September 2025 – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued Circular Acad-72/2025 inviting all affiliated schools to participate in the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2026 – Viksit Bharat Quiz. The initiative is designed to engage students in India’s developmental journey and inspire them to contribute towards the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
The quiz will test students’ knowledge of India’s governance, economic growth, scientific advancements, cultural heritage, and socio-political progress. It also aims to promote leadership, innovation, and constructive dialogue among young learners.
A key highlight of the competition is that winners will get the unique opportunity to share their ideas for India’s development directly with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This platform will allow students to voice their vision for a developed India and contribute meaningfully to the national discourse.
Participation is open to CBSE-affiliated schools across the country, with registration details and timelines available on the Board’s academic portal. Schools have been urged to encourage maximum student involvement so that children can explore innovative ideas, showcase their leadership, and become active partners in nation-building.
The VBYLD 2026 initiative is being organized in collaboration with national bodies and is aligned with the Government of India’s vision of preparing youth as stakeholders in the country’s future progress.
