Barddhaman: University of Burdwan will be conducting online classes from 2^nd May, 2022 to 17^th May, 2022.

Schools and Colleges in West Bengal are going to shut down for a tentative period of 15 days from 2^nd May 2022 to 17^th May 2022 due to the prevailing heat waves condition informed Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, West Bengal.

As, there is also certain rise in the cases of Covid-19 the tentative shut down of School and Colleges will also be helping the children from getting in contact with the disease.

Thus, Burdwan University has decided to conduct online classes from 2^nd to 17^th May, 2022 for the colleges affiliated to this University under the District of Purba Barddhaman, Hooghly and Birbhum said Registrar S. K.Chowdhury by order of the Vice Chancellor of University of Burdwan.
