NTET 2026 Answer Key Released: NTA Opens Challenge Window Till May 3

New Delhi. ; The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Provisional Answer Key, along with the question papers and recorded responses, for the National Teachers Eligibility Test (NTET) 2026. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now review their responses and raise objections, if required.

The NTET 2026 examination was conducted across India on April 28, 2026, in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.

NTET 2026 Answer Key: Important Dates

  • Answer Key Challenge Window: May 1 to May 3, 2026
  • Last Date to Pay Challenge Fee: May 3, 2026 (till 11:50 PM)

Candidates are advised to submit their challenges within the deadline, as no requests will be accepted after the closing time.

Where to Check NTET 2026 Answer Key

Candidates can access the provisional answer key, question paper, and their recorded responses on the official website:

NTET Answer Key Challenge Fee

To challenge any answer, candidates must pay:

  • ₹200 per question (non-refundable)
  • Payment can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI
  • No challenge will be considered without successful payment of the required fee.

How to Challenge NTET 2026 Answer Key

Candidates can follow these steps:

  • Visit the official NTET website
  • Click on “Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key”
  • Log in using your application number and password
  • Select the question(s) you wish to challenge
  • Choose the correct answer option(s)
  • Upload supporting documents (in a single PDF file)
  • Click “Save your claim”
  • Review your selected challenges
  • Click “Save your claim and Pay Fee finally”
  • Complete the payment process

What Happens After Submitting Challenges?

All objections submitted by candidates will be reviewed by subject experts. If any challenge is found valid:

  • The answer key will be revised accordingly
  • The revised answer will be applied to all candidates
  • The final result will be prepared based on the Final Answer Key

NTA will not inform candidates individually about the acceptance or rejection of their challenges. The decision taken by the expert panel will be final.
