Mahendergarh, Haryana : Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University (NRRU), Thailand and Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh will work in partnership in the field of teaching-learning and research. In this regard, a MoU was signed between Central University of Haryana and Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, Thailand on Tuesday i.e. 10.09.2024. The Vice Chancellor Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar signed on behalf of CUH and President Adisorn Naowanondha signed on behalf of NRRU.
The delegation of NRRU discussed mutual partnership at various levels with the members of Central University of Haryana and agreement was signed to work together in the field of Hindi, Thai language studies, faculty development program and student-teacher exchange program etc.
In his welcome address, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that Central University of Haryana is the only University of the state run by the Central Government. After the implementation of the new National Education Policy, there are ample possibilities of mutual partnership with educational institutions of the country and abroad. The Vice Chancellor put forward the matter of organizing online programs for language study, research and faculty development in mutual partnership with NRRU University. After this, NRRU President Adisorn Naowanondha also described the proposal presented by the University useful for both the institutions and said that they will definitely work together in this direction. The heads of both the institutions signed the MoU and agreed to organize regular activities.
The NRRU delegation included Vice President of University Council Arnut Jaismararn; Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sirivadee Wiwithkhunakorn; Dean, Academic Services, Ms. Mayuri Kanta; Lecturer, Hindi Language Sasasiri Suwannathip and Acting Director, International Affairs Office, Ms. Donlaya Petchdee were present. On behalf of CUH, along with Vice Chancellor of the University, Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Sushma Yadav; Dean Academics Prof. Sanjiv Kumar; Registrar, Prof. Suneel Kumar; Dr. Kamlesh Kumari; Dr. Kheraj; Dr. Jitendra were present. At the beginning of the program, the Prof. Bir Pal Singh Yadav,HoD, Department of Hindi gave a departmental presentation. The program was conducted by Dr. Kiran Rani. At the end of the program, Dean of International Affairs of the University, Prof. Dinesh Chahal expressed his gratitude and said that this event will definitely play a decisive role in establishing partnership between the two institutions. After the program, the representatives of NRRU visited the University campus.
