Bhubaneswar  - XIM University has officially announced recruitment for the post of Accountant as part of its non-teaching staff appointments. According to the notification, candidates applying for the position should possess a B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) qualification along with 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation. Experience in the education or non-profit sector will be considered an added advantage.

The university is looking for candidates with strong technical proficiency, including advanced knowledge of MS-Excel, working knowledge of MS-Word and hands-on experience in accounting software. Applicants must also have a sound understanding of GST Laws, TDS applicability, Accounting standards for non-profits  and the New and Old Tax Regimes.

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining the university's financial integrity through voucher management strategy , tax compliance vendor reconciliation preparation of financial statements and ensuring timely filing of tax returns.The salary will be commensurate with the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
