All India - The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially confirmed the syllabus for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2026. In a public notice, dated on January 8, 2026,  NTA informed candidates and stakeholders that the syllabus for NEET UG 2026 has been finalised by the Under Graduation Medical Education Board (UGMEB) of the National Medical Commission.  

According to the notice,  the detailed syllabus has already been published by NMC through a public notification dated December 22, 2025 and is available on the official website for reference.  Candidates preparing for NEET UG 2026 have been advised to strictly follow this updated syllabus while planning their preparation strategy. 

The NTA has also clarified that the NEET UG 2026 examination will be conducted stricly on the basis of the syllabus notified by NMC , leaving no scope for deviation. Aspirants can access the complete syllabus through the official webiste of NMC and NTA NEET for further detail and updates related to examination process.
