New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has declared the NEET PG 2026 result for admission to postgraduate medical programmes in the 2026–27 academic session. This follows the NEET PG examination in the city on August 30, 2026. Candidates who had been affected by an internal power failure at two examination centres in Jaipur have been given a re-examination on September 5, 2026.
NEET PG 2026 Result: How Many Candidates Appeared
According to the NBEMS notice, 2,63,544 candidates appeared on August 30, while 2,416 candidates appeared in the re-examination of September 5, 2026, bringing the total number of candidates who appeared across the two examination dates to 2,65,960.

NEET PG Scorecard 2026: When Will It Be Available?
Candidates will be able to download their individual NEET PG 2026 scorecards on or after October 1, 2026, through NBEMS website. The Board has specifically advised candidates to preserve their scorecards for future reference.
The scorecard download facility will also remain available for six months from the issuance date. NBEMS has said that requests for scorecards after this period will be summarily rejected because the documents will no longer be hosted on its website.
