Nagaland University Guest Faculty Recruitment 2026: Walk in Interview for ECE Department

Nagaland University has released an official advertisement for the recruitment of Guest Faculty in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) under the School of Engineering and Technology at the Kohima Campus, Meriema. This engagement is purely on a need basis, and selected candidates will not have a claim for regular appointment in the future.

Interview Details

The university will conduct a walk-in/online interview on February 20, 2026, starting at 11:00 AM. The interview will be held at the Department of ECE, Kohima Campus, Meriema.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements to be eligible for the position:

• Requisite Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. with M.Tech or Ph.D.

• Specialization: Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Remuneration

The monthly honorarium for the Guest Faculty positions is structured as follows:

• Ph.D. Holders: ₹1,500 per lecture (1 hour), capped at a maximum of ₹50,000 per month.

• M.Tech Holders: ₹1,000 per lecture (1 hour), capped at a maximum of ₹25,000 per month.
