Vadodara: The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (MSU), Vadodara, will organise a National Seminar on “Teacher Education in India: Past, Present & Future” on 22–23 January 2026. The seminar is being held in the context of the 75th year of India’s Independence and commemorates the 150th birth anniversaries of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Bhagwan Birsa Munda.
The event will be held under the patronage of Rajratan Shubhangini Raje Gaekwad, Hon’ble Chancellor of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Prof. (Dr.) R. B. Dabhi, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of MSU Baroda, will serve as the Patron for the seminar.
By engaging multiple disciplines and perspectives, the seminar seeks to strengthen academic discourse around teacher education and contribute meaningfully to national education goals.
