Central University of Haryana Signs MoU Under

At a state level programme in Panchkula, the central University of Haryana signed an MoU under the 'Gyan Setu' initiative to link academic research with governance and social challenges, while the Haryana CM launched the Neev Portal for tracking NEP-2020 implementation.

Panchkula - At a state-level programme held in Panchkula under the chairmanship of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management and the Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh, under the 'Gyan Setu Initiative'. On the occasion, the Chief Minister also inaugurated the Neev Portal, aimed at National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. 

Vice-Chancellor of CUH, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, informed that MoUs were exhanged with 28 reputed Education Institutes, including the Central University of Haryana.  The main objective of these collaborations is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real administrative and social,  challenges so that research can actively contribute to governance and solving societal issues. 

Chief Minister Saini said the partnerships will support scheme evaluation, capacity building and student internships. He added that the Neev Portal will track NEP-2020 implementation in real time, starting with universities and expanding to all institutions to achieve full compliance by 2047.
