Mizoram University (MZU) has announced vacancies for the research project titled "Impact of Maternity Leave Policies on School Teachers in Aizawl, Mizoram," funded by the ICSSR. Led by Project Director Dr. N. Jayapriya, the Department of Education is seeking eligible candidates for temporary staff roles to assist in this academic study.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Research Assistant

Essential Qualifications: M.Ed. with at least 55% marks and UGC-NET/M.Phil./Ph.D.

Desirable: Strong research background, data-handling skills, and proficiency with statistical analysis software.

Age Limit: 35 years (Relaxation for ST/SC/OBC as per government norms).
2. Field Investigator

Essential Qualifications: M.Ed. with at least 55% marks.

Desirable: Prior fieldwork experience and excellent communication skills in both English and Mizo.

Age Limit: 32 years (Relaxation for ST/SC/OBC as per government norms).
