New Delhi. : The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the registration process for Round 3 of NEET UG 2025 counselling for admissions to MBBS, BDS, and other undergraduate medical courses under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ). Eligible candidates can register and pay the counselling fee at mcc.nic.in between September 29 and October 5, 2025.
Choice filling and locking will be available from September 30 to October 5, 2025, after which MCC will process seat allotment on October 6 and 7. The Round 3 result will be declared on October 8, 2025, and candidates must report to their allotted institutes between October 9 and 17, 2025. MCC has clarified that no extension will be granted for registration or choice filling.
How to Apply
- Visit mcc.nic.in
- Click on the “NEET UG Counselling 2025 Registration” link.
- Complete the registration and log in.
- Fill in the application form and upload documents.
- Pay the counselling fee online.
- Submit and download the confirmation page.
Counselling and Security Fees
- AIQ & Central Universities: ₹1,000 (UR), ₹500 (SC/ST/OBC/PwD); Security fee – ₹10,000 (UR), ₹5,000 (SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
- Deemed Universities: ₹5,000 (all categories); Security fee – ₹2,00,000.

- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card & Scorecard
- Class 10 & 12 Mark Sheets and Certificates
- Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driving License)
- Eight passport-size photos
- Provisional Allotment Letter (once issued)
- Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)

Seat allotment will be conducted based on merit, category, availability, and reservation norms. The Round 3 result will be published on October 8, 2025, and candidates must complete admission formalities at their allotted colleges between October 9 and 17, 2025.
