Live with dignity: Moral of Lord Ram’s Life Kaushal Kishore

:- Special program organized on the occasion of Ram Navami at CUH :- If we want to make India a strong and self-reliant India, then we have to contribute to the drug free society campaign while taking the pledge of a drug free society, Union Minister, Mr. Kaushal Kishore

 

Mahendergarh: According to Hindu scriptures, Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram was born on this day. That is why the festival of Ram Navami has special significance in our life. An incarnation of Lord Vishnu took birth in a human avatar as Rama. The life of Lord Rama gives us this message that how human beings can complete all tasks by staying in dignity. These views were expressed by the Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, Mr. Kaushal Kishore in a special program organized on the occasion of Ram Navami at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh.

The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar was present as the keynote speaker. Ateli MLA Sitaram Yadav, Mahendragarh BJP District President Advocate Rakesh Sharma, SDM Dinesh Kumar and District Service, Mahavir Kaushik were also present in the program.

While wishing everyone a happy Ram Navami, the chief guest of the program, Mr. Kaushal Kishore, on the birthday of Maryada Purushottam Lord Ram, said that we should take a pledge to stay away from drugs. He said that if we want to make India a strong and self-reliant India, then we have to contribute to the drug free society campaign while taking the pledge of a drug free society. On this occasion, the Union Minister of State administered a pledge to the teachers, staff, students and research scholars of the University to stay away from drugs and to make others aware about it.

The Vice Chancellor of Central University of Haryana and the keynote speaker of the program, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, while giving his lecture on the subject of science and Ramayana, said that Ramayana means the journey of Rama. He said that our traditional (Sanatan) culture continued to guide the world community. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that even through modern software it has been proved that the astronomical information quoted in Ramayana is correct and accurate. It is clear from this that Rama is not a myth and Ramayana is not fiction. The Pushpak Vimana, weapons, instruments, building construction etc. used during the time of Ramayana are proof of how advanced and strong our science was at that time. Shri Ram Stuti and other cultural presentations were also given by the students of the University at the program.

In the program, the chief guest was introduced by the National Convener of drug free society resolution and student of the University Akshat Kant. In the program and the vote of thanks was given by the Dean Student Welfare of the University, Prof. Anand Sharma. On this occasion Prof.Suneel Kumar, Dr.Ranbir Singh, Dr.Pardeep Narwal, Dr.AP Sharma and the Deans of various Schools, Head of the Departments, teachers, officers, employees, students, researchers etc. of the University were present.
